We'll take you to the track, run you through some drills -- and get you ready to run your fastest 5K.
This is a six-week program. It starts Monday, September 19, meeting Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Most workouts will be on the track but there will also be some road hill/speed work. The target race is the OktobeRun 5K on Saturday, October 29, in Redwood City.
