Hit the trails with us!
We have trail running programs in the summer and fall this year: a class focusing on a 9K race; a 13.1 mile distance class; and a trail 30K program in the fall. They are a lot of fun and hit the gorgeous trails of our area.
The program meets twice a week to run the trails of Portola Valley, Woodside, Menlo Park, and Palo Alto. Training is almost entirely off-road and we'll hit plenty of hills to ensure a strong race day!
Saturday meet-up locations will include parks in Woodside, Portola Valley, Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Redwood City; some (but not all) locations will involve driving from Menlo Park for up to 45 minutes (usually up to Skyline Blvd.).
