Functional Fitness for Runners

Take our four-week cross-training class with Joe!

Functional Fitness for Runners focuses on core strength, agility, and whole-body fitness to improve your running.

The monthlong class meets Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. at the store. Class is limited to 15 participants.
