Then join us to train for a fall half-marathon!
The program begins August 12. We'll meet twice weekly for coached group runs, building our endurance and strength for the Nike Women's race in October. Whether you're looking to just cross the finish line standing up or want to PR, we can help get you to your fitness goals.
This is a fabulously fun way to train! Our group will meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in Menlo Park and on Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. Some of the Saturday runs will be at Fleet Feet Menlo Park and some will be at nearby parks.
A limited number of NWM race entries will be available to training group members only.
