Then join us to train for a fall half-marathon!
The program begins in late July. We'll meet twice weekly for coached group runs, building our endurance and strength for the Nike Women's race on Oct. 20 or the San Jose Rock n Roll Half on Oct. 6. Whether you're looking to just cross the finish line standing up or want to PR, we can help get you to your fitness goals.
This is a fabulously fun way to train! Our group will meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in Menlo Park and on Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. at varying park locations (including Bayfront Bedwell, Palo Alto Baylands, Stanford trails, Portola Valley trails).
A limited number of NWM race entries will be available to training group members only.
