Our Half n Half Run Club is a half-year program that will help you maintain your half-marathon racing fitness.
The program targets two 13.1-mile races in 2015: the San Francisco Rock n Roll on March 29 and the Capitola Half on May 17. An optional substitute race is the Shamrock'n Half in Sacramento on March 15.
Participants receive a 12-week training program, a custom piece of apparel or accessory for each event (e.g. shirt, half-zip), twice weekly coached workouts, logistical support for the race, and a cheering crew.
The first training run will be Tuesday, February 17, at 6:30 p.m. at Fleet Feet Menlo Park.
