Our Half n Half Run Club is a half-year program that will help you maintain your half-marathon racing fitness.
The program targets three 13.1-mile races in 2014: the Kaiser Half on February 2 in San Francisco; the San Francisco Rock n Roll on April 6; and the Capitola Half on May 18.
Participants receive an 18-week training program, a custom piece of apparel or accessory for each event (e.g. shirt, cap, arm warmers), twice weekly coached workouts, logistical support for the race, and a cheering crew.
The first training run will be Tuesday, January 7, at 6:30 p.m. at Fleet Feet Menlo Park.
