This six-week program emphasizes skills and speed work. It is appropriate for intermediate to expert runners interested in any distance event; the goal race will be the Bay Breeze 10K in San Leandro on February 14.
Developed by Coach Naomi, the curriculum emphasizes track speed work and hill-climbing distance runs.
Group training will be held on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. The program runs from January 6 through February 14.
