The 10K distance pushes your endurance and tests your speed. It's a natural step after completing a few 5Ks, and a good building block for getting to the half marathon distance. This class is a great way to get through the holidays without losing your fitness.
Our Resolution Runners program starts Tuesday, October 30 -- training over 8 weeks for the Resolution Run 10K on Tuesday, January 1 in Carmel. Coaches Jim Gothers and Lisa Taggart will help you get to race day ready to run!
