MORE RUNNERS = MORE FUN!

NoBo Big Bear group

We run training programs throughout the year to offer camaraderie, structure, skill-building clinics, and support to runners and walkers of all levels.

These coached programs include individual instruction; group runs; custom training plans; seminars on stretching, nutrition, cross-training, and form; race preparation and support; and a lot of fun!

The classes run for eight to 18 weeks. Most are directed toward specific goal races. Announcing: Our 2014 training classes, yay!

2014 TRAINING CLASSES

Fall Half-Marathon Class

Starts Aug. 12; $150. 10-week program training for Nike Women's Half in SF in October. A limited number of entries to NWM will be available. Meets Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Learn more and sign up here.

NoBo 5K I and II: Getting Started Running & Next Step

Starts August 13; $150. 11-week class training for the Race against PH 5K Nov. 1. Meets 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays and 8:30 a.m. Saturdays. Mixed group for both NoBo I and II levels. Learn more and sign up here.

Spring Marathon Class: Run into 2015

Starts November 4; $200. 16-week class training for the Napa Marathon March 1. Meets 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and 8 a.m. Saturdays. Learn more and sign up here.

Run with Fleet Feet, get fabulous prizes!

As well, our Thursday fun runs meet every Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. The free, drop-in group runs vary from 3- to 6-mile routes around Menlo Park and Atherton.
