MORE RUNNERS = MORE FUN!
We run training programs throughout the year to offer camaraderie, structure, skill-building clinics, and support to runners and walkers of all levels.
These coached programs include individual instruction; group runs; custom training plans; seminars on stretching, nutrition, cross-training, and form; race preparation and support; and a lot of fun!
The classes run for four to 18 weeks. Most are directed toward specific goal races. Announcing: Our 2015 training classes, yay!
CURRENT TRAINING CLASSES
Fall Marathon Class
Starts July 7; $150. Trains for the Portland Marathon on Oct. 4 in Oregon. For runners already comfortable with 8+-mile distance. Meets Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. & Saturdays 7:30 a.m. July 7–October 4. Learn more and sign up here.
Fall Nike Half-Marathon Class
Starts August 11; $175. 10-week program training for Nike Women's Half in SF Oct. 18. A limited number of entries to NWHM will be available. Meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. August 11–October 18. More info here.
Trail Marathon Class: Skyline to the Sea
Starts August 11; $150***. 9-week program training for Skyline-to-the-Sea Trail Marathon on October 10 in Los Gatos. For experienced trail runners comfortable with 10+ mile trail runs. Training routes on trails on weekends and on roads/track on weekdays. Meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. August 11–October 10. Learn more and sign up here.
NoBo 5K Getting Started Running
Starts August 19; $150***. 11-week class training for the Ghost Run 5K Oct. 31. Meets Wednesdays and Saturdays. August 19–October 31. Learn more and sign up here.
Star Wars Half Marathon Team: May the Force Be With You through the Holidays
Starts November 3; $100 for class, $350 for race entry and 1-day park entry. 11-week class training for the Star Wars Half-Marathon on January 17 in Disneyland. Meets Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m., with occasional skipped dates due to holidays. The class is appropriate for first time as well as experienced half-marathoners. Run with Fleet Feet, all your dreams will come true!
As well, our Thursday fun runs meet every Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. The free, drop-in group runs vary from 3- to 6-mile routes around Menlo Park and Atherton.
