We run training programs throughout the year to offer camaraderie, structure, skill-building clinics, and support to runners and walkers of all levels.
These coached programs include individual instruction; group runs; custom training plans; seminars on stretching, nutrition, cross-training, and form; race preparation and support; and a lot of fun! The classes run for four to 18 weeks. Most are directed toward specific goal races.
2017 TRAINING CLASSES
San Francisco Half Marathon Class
Starts May 2; $150. 12 weeks of half-marathon distance training. Goal race is the San Francisco Half Marathon on July 23; for this race you can choose either the first half or the second half of the SF International Marathon route. Class meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. May 2-July 23. Learn more and sign up here.
Programs start in May and August; $150. Three trail classes this year: a 10K program, a half-marathon program, and a trail marathon. The first two start in May for the Santa Cruz Trail run on August 5. The long distance trail running program this year starts in August and targets the Trail Fest in Utah in October. No Boundaries 5K Getting Started Running
Starts in September; $150. 12-week class training for Stanford Run for PH. Meets Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Running is more fun with Fleet Feet!
As well, our Thursday fun runs meet every Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. The free, drop-in group runs vary from 3- to 6-mile routes around Menlo Park and Atherton.
