We run training programs throughout the year to offer camaraderie, structure, skill-building clinics, and support to runners and walkers of all levels.
These coached programs include individual instruction; group runs; custom training plans; seminars on stretching, nutrition, cross-training, and form; race preparation and support; and a lot of fun! The classes run for four to 18 weeks. Most are directed toward specific goal races.
2017 TRAINING CLASSES
San Francisco Marathon Class
Starts April 4; $200. 16-week program training for the San Francisco International Marathon on July 23. Meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. April 4–July 23. Learn more and sign up here.
San Francisco Half Marathon Class
Starts May 2; $150. 12 weeks of half-marathon distance training. Goal race is the San Francisco Half Marathon on July 23; for this race you can choose either the first half or the second half of the SF International Marathon route. Class meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. May 2-July 23. Learn more and sign up here.
Starts in May; $150. Three trail classes this year: a 10K program, a half-marathon program, and a trail marathon. The first two start in May for the Santa Cruz Trail run on August 5. Fall Big Sur Half Marathon Class
Starts August 15; $150. 12-week program training for the Big Sur Half Marathon in Monterey on November 13. Class meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. August 15–November 13.
California International Marathon Class
Starts August 22; $200. 16-week program training for the California International Marathon on December 3. Meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. August 22–December 3
No Boundaries 5K Getting Started Running
Starts in September; $150. 12-week class training for Stanford Run for PH. Meets Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Choco-Rock the Holidays
Starts November 28; $100. 6-week program training for the Hot Chocolate 15K on January 7. Meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. November 28–January 7.
Running is more fun with Fleet Feet!
As well, our Thursday fun runs meet every Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. The free, drop-in group runs vary from 3- to 6-mile routes around Menlo Park and Atherton.
