Train with us


We run training programs throughout the year to offer camaraderie, structure, skill-building clinics, and support to runners and walkers of all levels.

These coached programs include individual instruction; group runs; custom training plans; seminars on stretching, nutrition, cross-training, and form; race preparation and support; and a lot of fun! The classes run for four to 18 weeks. Most are directed toward specific goal races. 


San Francisco Half Marathon Class

Starts May 2; $150. 12 weeks of half-marathon distance training. Goal race is the San Francisco Half Marathon on July 23; for this race you can choose either the first half or the second half of the SF International Marathon route. Class meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. May 2-July 23. Learn more and sign up here.

Trail Classes

Programs start in May and August; $150. Three trail classes this year: a 10K program, a half-marathon program, and a trail marathon. The first two start in May for the Santa Cruz Trail run on August 5. The long distance trail running program this year starts in August and targets the Trail Fest in Utah in October. Fall Marathon Class

Starts June 13; $200. 16-week program training for a fall marathon (works for Oct. 1 Twin Cities Marathon or Oct. 8 Long Beach Marathon). Class meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. June 13–October 3.

Fall Big Sur Half Marathon Class

Starts August 15; $150. 12-week program training for the Big Sur Half Marathon in Monterey on November 13. Class meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. August 15–November 13.

California International Marathon Class

Starts August 22; $200. 16-week program training for the California International Marathon on December 3. Meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. August 22–December 3

No Boundaries 5K Getting Started Running

Starts in September; $150. 12-week class training for Stanford Run for PH. Meets Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Choco-Rock the Holidays

Starts November 28; $100. 6-week program training for the Hot Chocolate 15K on January 7. Meets Tuesdays and Saturdays. November 28–January 7.


Trail 12K team on bridge

Running is more fun with Fleet Feet!

As well, our Thursday fun runs meet every Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. The free, drop-in group runs vary from 3- to 6-mile routes around Menlo Park and Atherton.

San Francisco Half-Marathon Class More Info »

Program Start: Tuesday, May 2, at 6:30 p.m.
Program Schedule: Meets Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m.
Goal Race: San Francisco Half Marathon
Program Fee: $150 excluding race fee
Description: 12-week program builds to the half-marathon distance. Beginning long run is 4 miles. First timers welcome. The San Francisco Half Marathon is held on the same day as the San Francisco (full) Marathon; half-marathon participants can run either the first half or the second half of the full marathon course.

Goal Race: Santa Cruz Trail Race
Program Fee: $150
Description: In May two trail programs launch, both training for the Santa Cruz Trail race on August 5. Our Trail 10K team will meet Wednesdays and Saturdays; our Trail Half-Marathon team will meet Tuesdays and Saturdays. In July, we'll launch our an endurance trail running team, training for the early October Trail Fest event in Utah and Arizona.
