Train with us


We run training programs throughout the year to offer camaraderie, structure, skill-building clinics, and support to runners and walkers of all levels.

These coached programs include individual instruction; group runs; custom training plans; seminars on stretching, nutrition, cross-training, and form; race preparation and support; and a lot of fun! The classes run for four to 18 weeks. Most are directed toward specific goal races. 


Hot Chocolate Training Team: Choco-Rock the Holidays!

Starts November 29; $100. 6-week program training for the Hot Chocolate 15K or 5K on January 8 in San Francisco. We will have training programs for both the 15K and the 5K distances. This is a short program to keep us all running through the holiday season. The group meets Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. November 29–January 8. Learn more and sign up here.

Running is more fun with Fleet Feet!

As well, our Thursday fun runs meet every Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. The free, drop-in group runs vary from 3- to 6-mile routes around Menlo Park and Atherton.

Program Schedule: Meets Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m.
Goal Race: Hot Chocolate 15K or 5K in SF
Program Fee: $100
Description: Join us to run through the holidays! Stay in shape and have fun. There will be two training options, one for athletes training for the 15K distance and one for athletes training for the 5K. This is a six-week program.
