We offer free, drop-in fun runs three times a week so you can stay in shape with us! More runners = more fun!
We meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m and Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. Our routes have multiple distance options so the group runs will work for beginning and experienced runners. Distances range from 2 miles to 10 miles. Tuesdays and Thursdays we work on skills, strength -- and fun! Saturdays are designed to be the longest run of the week at your slow training pace.
All runs meet in the back parking lot of Fleet Feet Menlo Park except for the Second Saturday run is always a field trip. The monthly schedule is posted here and our website calendar.
