Announcing Athlete of the Week: Kay Ohn!
Kay first joined us last year through our NoBo class - and last weekend she finished her first 10K with the Thrills & Skills team.
Kay is a delight to run with and a tough, dedicated athlete. We know she's building a super running career! Her Thrills & Skills coaches point to her determination and good cheer through all of the team training runs.
"Kay attacked each workout with purpose and smiled brightly afterwards," says Coach Naomi.
