January 31, 2014 -- Our No Boundaries 5K running class starts Monday, Feb. 3, at 6:30 p.m. Join us if you're looking to get started running this year; want tips for running your first 5K race; or need a gentle re-entry into running after absence or injury.
The 13-week class builds gradually to the 5K distance. We will help you improve endurance, speed, running form, and skills to become a more efficient and happier runner.
And training is more fun with a group!
The class meets Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. for 13 weeks. The goal race is the Big Bear 5K in Menlo Park on Sunday, May 4.
