Our No Boundaries classes are for beginning or lapsed runners. We meet twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, for coached group runs. We build gradually to race goal distance of 5 kilometers (3.1 miles), with clinics on running form, injury prevention, gear, and nutrition.
