Space is now available for a Good Form Running clinic with Coach Jim on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at Fleet Feet Menlo Park.
The hour-long class reviews principles of good running form using a curriculum developed by Olympian Grant Robison and New Balance. Participants are evaluated individually and taught drills and exercises to improve form.
The class starts at 6:30 p.m. It is free but limited to 20 participants. Reservations are required. You can sign up here.
