July 29, 2013 - Registration is now open for our free Good Form Running clinic on Wednesday, August 7, at 6:30 p.m.
The one-hour class teaches form principles and drills to help you improve your running form and efficiency. The class is open to runners of all levels, from beginning to experienced.
The class will be taught by Fleet Feet's Jim Gothers. Jim is a certified Good Form Running coach, having been trained by Olympian Grant Robison, the developer, with New Balance, of the Good Form Running curriculum. This clinic is sponsored by New Balance.
The class is free but space is limited. You can reserve a spot here.
