On Sept. 29, we'll host Walter Bortz discussing the physics and chemistry of running from a medical perspective.
Dr. Bortz is a longevity expert and author of Roadmap to 100 and Next Medicine.
A Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford's School of Medicine, he has focused his research on the benefits of physical exercise as people age.
He's also a dedicated runner: Dr. Bortz has run 40 marathons, including his first at age 40.
We're looking forward to hearing him talk on how to run well and age well!
