Tips from world class triathlete Gina Kehr:
-Drink lots of water! Have some first thing in the morning, even better if you've got vitamins in it. Look for tablets with magnesium and potassium; we're all probably getting plenty of sodium so don't worry so much about that.
-Shortcut intervals can work in a pinch.
-Activate your muscles before stretching.
-Let it go when you need to!
